In 2017, I became a licensed Esthetician in California and immediately after opened my own lash studio. Growing up, I spent a lot of time in beauty salons and never dreamed I would join the industry as well! My passion for lashes has been there from day one and continues to grow each day. Through trial and error I quickly realized what I excelled at, and what I genuinely enjoyed doing was helping others feel their most beautiful.
My goal in this industry is to be a source of knowledge, to welcome everyone whether they are just starting out or have been in the business for years. Education is endless and we can all learn something from each other!

Penelope Howell | Hair Stylist
Penelope Howell has been a licensed Cosmetologist for 50 years. She began her career in the early 70s in Sonoma County, and within a year, began training in San Francisco at Vidal Sasoon’s Academy. The creative directors saw her work and hired her to work in South Lake Tahoe as a hairstylist for Vidal Sassoon’s artistic team where she quickly advanced to hair dressing on stage at all of Vidal Sassoon’s hair shows in Northern California.
She was 24 years old when she moved back to Napa and opened her own salon, Jefferson Hairplane. Ten years later she expanded her business and opened a larger salon, Money Penny’s.
Since then she has worked at several local salons, and was involved in helping the original owner of Lotus Salon open the business.
Hair Cutting is still a passion for Penny, truly an art.
